Once volunteers reach set requirements or achievements, you and the volunteer can be notified via email. You can use these notifications for award purposes. For example: if they reach 10 hours, you award them with a certificate, if they reach 30 hours, you award them with a shirt, etc.


To Set Up Awards:

Go to Organizer Dashboard

In the Settings tab, click on More Settings

Click on Milestone Configurations, then for Award Milestones? select Yes. Then make sure to click Save.

To Award Volunteers:

Go to you Organizer Dashboard

In the Overview tab, under Report Summary, click on the Award Milestones tab. 

Click on the Award hyperlink next to each person's name to make them as Awarded. 

You can later see who has been rewarded or is pending a reward in the Full Milestone Report, under Milestone Summary.
