Organizations on the Advanced Plan have access to our Check In Kiosk, which makes it easy to track hours for volunteers who do not register ahead of time. For more information on the kiosk capabilities, you can review this article.

If you are ready to start using the kiosk, you will need to start by downloading the Volunteer Check In Kiosk app (this is separate from our Track It Forward app). Our Volunteer Check In Kiosk app can be found in the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

To download the app, open your mobile device's store, and type in the search bar Track it Forward. Choose the option for the Check In Kiosk and Install. 

When your download is complete, open the app and sign in with your Track It Forward credentials! By default, any user with admin privileges (manager, coordinator, etc) will also have kiosk access. If you need to give kiosk access to volunteer with no other admin permissions, you will need to upgrade them through your volunteers page.
