If you set up milestones for your site, when a volunteer reaches an achievement level or requirement, the organizer will be notified.

To enable or disable Milestone Notifications go to Organizer Dashboard

In the Settings tab, click on More Settings

Click on the Milestone Configurations tab on the left-hand side and you will see the question Award Milestones?

You can enable to disable this notification at any time. The site owner will be notified unless there is a coordinator assigned. If there is a coordinator assigned, then the owner will no longer be able to receive this notification.
